Infant and Early Childhood Nutrition

Small bodies need to make every mouthful count.  A whole foods approach to infant and child nutrition provides more of the nutrients required by growing bodies and may reduce or delay the onset of many illnesses.   In infants, colic, reflux, ear infections and food sensitivities can be improved with dietary modifications.  Changes in a breastfeeding mom’s diet or changes in formula can do wonders as well.  In addition, studies show that learning, behavior and memory are all influenced by the foods children eat.
A nutritional consultation can provide the foundation for raising a healthy child and this simple step can have lifelong impact.
